The TERRE DE LIN group extends its European Flax certification to TDL Technique.

TDL Technique, the 100% subsidiary of TERRE DE LIN, specialized in flax for technical and composite applications, uses flax fibers from TERRE DE LIN.

Willing to give to its customers a traceability guarantee by an independent certification body, TDL Technique has applied for the European Flax certification.

Having passed the audits, TDL Technique is now European Flax certified.

European Flax, premium quality flax for all uses, certifies the exclusive origin of flax from Western Europe.

It responds to consumer & CSR demand: it guarantees the material origin and its traceability all over the supply chain, as well as the respect for the environment and the social responsibility and ethics.

Besides, European Flax relies on a collective approach as it is built and endorsed by the whole European Fiber Industry on a common Charter signed by each fiber producer.

Finally, European Flax is also a brand registered by the CELC (European Confederation of Flax and Hemp).

Since 2016, TEX NORD has also been European Flax certified.

More and more companies from the flax-linen supply chain (brands, spinning mills and weaving mills ) ask for the European Flax certification.

For them, it is  a guarantee given by an independent certification body that the fibers used to produce their own products (yarns, fabrics, garments or home textile) are traced from the field premium quality fibers from Western Europe.
